I woul entertain parting the frame/fork on the Gios, but shipped it'd be closer to $600...

Thanks for the offers so far everyone... I haven't seen what I'm looking for yet. I'm hesitant to pull the trigger on anything too short (like the Gios, although it's awesome), because I ride a 70.5cm saddle height and the drop would be too much on most long and low road frames. I'm hoping to find something closer to square 52 or even 53cm.

I also have very particular crank/gearing tastes and a braze-on derailleur mount is not going to work for me.

Here's hoping for a late 70s/early 80s racer with squarish geo. Hah. Thanks for bearing with me!

Since you love your Trek 950 with True Temper tubes, how about a 52cm seat, 53 cm TT, Schwinn Traveler made of True Temper steel again? White and deep teal, probably 1988. I have a 1988 TREK 360 True Temper that rocks.

Pics here.

^ Find her a Tempo or Circuit, and I think you could make a sale.

I have a 52 CM Panasonic DX 2000 frame, but I don't know the TT length. I won't be able to check until next week... Is this a frame you would consider?

@oddjob2 I do love that trek! I think those travelers had hi ten forks though and it's just not what I'm looking for.
@TimmyT I rode a tempo until very recently but the geometry just doesn't work for me sadly. I loved that bike otherwise.
@Little Darwin Not what I'm after but thanks!
