Okay, the Celeste Bianchi frame was looked at by a couple of old school riders and both indicated it was a nice frame and said it was better than the D'Italia and to go ahead and use it as a donor bike. One indicated that Bianchi didn't always place Columbus stickers on the frame sets and as BianchiGirl noted, the rear brake cross member mount wouldn't be found on there SLX frames.
That said, I am going to build the Celeste Bianchi and enjoy it.
