Welcome to the forums. I've never heard of this model before, so I'm assuming it's non-American market. The combination of a single water bottle boss set, forged dropouts and cables running over the BB shell suggest very late 1970s to early 1980s. Brakes with recessed nuts from this period would suggest at least mid-range. However, the Nishiki serial number formats are well documented and should tell us the exact age. Any tubing decal?
The components aren't much help, as most would appear to be non-original. I'd appreciate detail pictures of the crankset, brake calipers and shift levers as these look like them may be original.

Please post the seatpost diameter, as well. (Larger is better, generally indicating more expensive, thinner-walled tubing.)
