ISO a pair of raleigh branded Weinmann clone(possibly rebranded?) center pull brake calipers. Possibly raileigh branded 22.2 Stem ~100mm or less.

Just checked, and a normal top nut fits, although it looks like I will need 7-8mm of spacers. I tried both a topnut from a VO Grand Cru, and a Stronglight. Don't really want to steal either one, as those are both from virgin, complete sets. If I have too, I can always buy a $15-20 Tange, or similar. The hope is someone has an otherwise "trashed" headset, that can part with the topnut and some spacers for beer money.

I'm sure I can find something that would work. PM me your address and any other details and I'll search through my stash for something appropriate.

Frame pump. I am looking to fix up or replace one that came with my competition as the head is in bad shape.

Is it the plastic Silca head or the brass Campagnolo head? You can buy the one for the Silca head directly from Silca:

I am not entirely sure what it is. It is an older metal head, says silca on the side. Although it requires a pump peg to mount to the frame correctly.

That would be the old-style Silca head. I suspect the new gasket from Silca would work.

ISO: One or two nice looking, good quality seatposts with a 27.0 diameter and ~20mm setback. Everything on eBay seems to be either ugly, cheap or NOS that the seller wants $150+ for. I don't mind polishing something up a bit but I'd prefer to avoid deep scratches. One of the bikes I need a seatpost for has newish Shimano components, so an old 600 or DA seatpost would be ideal but I'm pretty much open to anything shiny. The other is a Pinarello with a modern Campy group, so I'd love to have something Italian to put on there.

I've got a few things available for trade that I've been greedily holding in my parts bin but which I finally decided I better get rid of before I convince myself that I need to buy another frame to put them on. Depending on the quality of the seatpost you have I can probably convince myself to part with some of the following:

Sugino Super Mighty crankset (in excellent condition but with non-drillium Mighty Competition 52T and Gipiemme 42T rings)
BSA threaded Campagnolo bottom bracket and spindle (111mm, one of the bolts is non-Campy and a different size than the other)
SunTour Superbe brake levers with what I think are incorrectly fitting hoods
SunTour Superbe single pivot short reach brakes

https://c1.staticflickr.com/2/1530/2...5789ccd0ff.jpg

https://c3.staticflickr.com/2/1518/2...315086afe6.jpg

I have to admit I'm a little reluctant to let go of the Superbe stuff because I have the rest of a more or less matching group on a bike that just needed too much reach for the brakes to work, but for something really nice I could probably convince myself that I'll never use them.

I also have a pile of various other parts, mostly mid-to-entry level, that I wouldn't mind trading if there's something particular that you could use, but the above are the pick of the litter.

I needed a Campagnolo 27.0 post. I purchased an ugly 27.2 and sanded and polished it into a very pretty 27.0 very cheaply. :)

ISO: Shimano down tube shifter 1050 or 1051 for front derailleur.

Thanks,

ISO: long reach (not the 39-49mm) nutted nuovo/super record brake calipers in good + condition.

Does anyone have one of these Raleigh brake levers kicking around?

https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-8.../IMG_1541a.jpg

I actually only need the lever itself, and the bolt (and nut) that hold it into the clamp. Pretty sure either right side or left side will do.

noglider 08-01-16 11:19 AM

rhm, I might. I'll look in the barn for you on Saturday.

Have: 105 5600 front derailleur with 34.1 clamp

Need: same, but with 28.6 or braze on. Could do uneven trade for other shimano road triple. Dura Ace if ya got it.

msl109 08-03-16 12:25 AM

Think I may have a set of those for you. Nos (well, I installed one and it didn't suit my needs, didn't even ride with it.. No idea what they go for, but I'll take fair market value

I am trying to find one (or two) of these Dia Compe large pulley-style brake cable yoke to complete my '84 Miyata 610.

I am looking for this model specifically, as I know there are other options available (like the Herse ones from Compass, and Gran Compe ones from Velo Orange) but I really want this larger wheel ones as I find they work alot better than the smaller wheel ones.

I am too far from the city, and there is no used bicycle shops or co-ops around with stacks of parts bins to rummage through for hours in hopes of finding a little gem like this for a song. Help me Bike Forums!

I only have one and its in rough shape, but still works fine. I would be interested in just one or a pair, in used but usable (or better) condition, with OR without the cable fixing bolt and acorn nut (those are easy to find).

I have a good collection of small parts in my bin and I am also open to trades for something of equal value that can help you out like this little piece would help me out. Let me know!

Think I have a nos pair

ksryder 08-03-16 07:32 AM

ISO:
Nitto Dynamic, 90mm (or similar style)
Soma Highway One or Dajia Cycleworks handlebar, 42cm.

Have:
Nitto Dynamic, 100mm
Nitto Technomic, 100mm

Nitto Noodle, 42cm

Only used a couple rides. I have a long torso but short arms, so I'm going more compact.
