You might want to search this forum. I think the Cane Creek replacement hoods likely work.

ISO: Karrimor Uplift, Carradice Bagman, or similar saddlebag support.
Have saddles, Suntour barcons, NOS gold Weinnman brakes, brake levers, DC brakes, MA40 rims, pedals, you name it to trade. |

triple FD 10sp braze-on 105/ultegra/DA |
I need a 1" MTB fork to go with a nice lightweight Trek aluminum MTB. It needs the bridge for canti brakes. Suspension or suspension corrected.
Have hubs and wheels and brake levers and stems. Etc. |
Better bike fit!
I'm looking for 80 or 90 mm quill stem. the existing Cinelli stem on my Schwinn Tempo looks great but is too long:( (120 mm)

I already leveled the saddle and slammed it a bit forward. Not sure if I'm going to try to raise the stem a bit higher.

What clamp diameter do you need? |

Triple chainring road crankset. 172 or longer arms. Large chainring around 50-52, small chainring around 28-30, middle chainring somewhere in between. See the picture below for my eclectic collection of trade bait: https://photos.smugmug.com/Other/Roc...DSC1381-XL.jpg Brent |

http://i1262.photobucket.com/albums/...&1497827126948 It just looks freakishly long. Is that frame really the right size for you? Saddle-bar drop, and seat angle suggests it may be too small. |

Brent, I have an Ultegra triple in the bin. Rings are 52/42/30, arms are 172.5mm. Good condition (Ultegra label is partially worn off, but rings show little wear and arms are nick/rub free). I can also include the matching Shimano cartridge BB. Let me know if you're interested/want pics, etc.

Brent, is one of those FWs a 7 speed and at least 28t or larger? If so what can I trade you for it?

ISO Cinelli or ? quill stem
I need a shorter quill stem for my 1989 Schwinn Tempo road bike. The clamp diameter should be 26.4 mm. Mine is around 120 mm long and I need 80-90 mm long for more comfortable fit.

Probably a longshot but looking for one orphan 26" Specialized Hemisphere tire in rideable condition. A bit of sidewall cracking is ok. Any width around 2" is ok.

I'm 6 ft. tall with 32 " inseam. I think 57 or 58 cm frame size is about right, no bigger than 58 cm for sure. I leveled the seat and will switch the stem to a 80 or 90 mm length. I may even raise the stem 1-2 cm. I can get comfortably into those old school drop bars.

SHIMANO 600 SEATPOST 27.2MM FOR TRADE: NOS SHIMANO 600EX HUBSET http://i1068.photobucket.com/albums/...620171437a.jpg |
I thought I could trade you my 1987 Tempo's 80mm stem for your 89 Tempo's but they switched to Cinelli in 89. My Tempo has an SR stem and probably 26.0 clamp diameter.
I'm 5'10" with 34.5" inseam so I'm the opposite of you guys. I have freakishly long legs...not that you guys are freaks like me :) My Tempo is 23" but I'd rather it be 24" which is why I'm looking for a longer stem and seatpost. I'll probably end up buying something new because I don't really have anything to trade. I just got into this hobby and I'm behind on building up a stockpile of parts! Jon |

Jon Good idea, an 80 mm stem would be the ideal size for me. I took my 89 Tempo into the LBS and the mechanic measured the diameter of my bars with calipers. It measured a hair under 26.4 mm but I think 26 mm clamp diameter would still work. Might have to ask the bike gurus. Dan |
Nope, won't work. Don't even think about going there. Doesn't sound like much of a difference, but it's one of the more critical bike-ish measurements. Either get a 26.4 in the correct length, or move to a 26.0 bar.
There are more nice 26.0 bars out there (e.g. Nitto Noodle) than short 26.4 stems. |
Yeah
