I think there are only 3 colors - black, grey, and "natural," which is sort of a light khaki color.

"Natural" is the very latest of the cambium saddle colors.

Want: Nuovo Record brake levers and hoods/Gran Sport will work.

I have a pair of vintage Cannondale panniers in fair condition, and I'd like to trade for hub parts or a low-end hubset for a 650b wheel build.

The panniers: I picked these up at a garage sale and have no use for them. They're a bit grimy, but have no tears. All compartments open and close just fine, but the large main compartments each have 1 of 2 zipper pulls that is stuck (i.e., they open and close fully, but only in one direction.) Internal frames undamaged. A couple of pics below, more on request.

Seeking: My hopes for using my low-end, low-flange Atom rear hub were recently dashed when I discovered the freewheel threads were damaged. I am looking for a low-end hubset with the following specs: 36-hole, 100mm front, 120mm rear, low-end but serviceable condition, ISO freewheel threading. I'd consider something like matching Normandy hub bodies, since I have axles/cones I can use.

I think I've got what you need if you can use some with high flanges, PM incoming.

ISO: Basic 6 speed Suntour freewheel, ~ 24-28t large cog, index compatible, good working condition.

Have: BEER, etc.

I suspect an index-compatible SunTour freewheel would only be reliably compatible with SunTour's index system. Is that what you have?

If not, I'd consider a Shimano freewheel. These are widely available both new and used, the Uniglide/Hyperglide tooth profile shifts better than SunTour's, and the splined remover is superior to SunTour's pronged remover.

Yup, full Accushift 6 speed. I believe any non-ultra ST fw should work. It's confusing but I think a Shimano fw might index too -- I believe the spacing is the same. But I thought I'd try here first before I start Frankendexing.

I have found SunTour's accushift system to be pretty finicky about which freewheels it'll work with. That said, I have made it work with Shimano freewheels (7 speed), but that seemed kind of random (i.e., I didn't pay much attention to what I was mixing and matching, but it worked in a couple of instances and didn't work in others).

Just before opening this thread I was looking at a Sun Tour Service Bulletin about AccuShift on VeloBase. It has a lot of info for troubleshooting shift problems and what does or doesn't work.

I have several pairs of Sunshine GyroMaster hubs that I recently completely disassembled, cleaned in the ultrasonic cleaner, and reassembled with fresh grease. All are 36 hole low flange. I'd be willing to shoot you 2 sets for the panniers.

ISO: Shimano 600 6208 hoods non aero.

This maybe a bit off topic, but I'm wondering how badly the USPS's constant program changes and price increases are negatively impacting other's ability to trade, swap, barter, sell, etc. The old parcel post no longer exists and its replacement, first class parcel mail, is limited to 12 ounces. Almost nothing fits in a small flat rate box and the larger ones are cost prohibitive. What are the alternatives?

I've been using flat rate padded envelopes for that sort of thing. Hard to find at the post office, but free to order off the website. Similar price to small flat rate box and you can fit a whole crankset in one.

I've been using the unpadded Flat Rate envelopes, which are available at my local P.O., and wrapping the bike parts in padding.

I have 2 with 28t and one with 24t. Two are bronze, one is silver. Two use 2-prong removers, 1 uses 4-prong. IIRC one of the 28t is silver and 4-prong, 1 28t is bronze and 2-prong and the 24t is bronze and 2-prong. The 24t bronze one has had its smallest cog replaced with a black one.

I don't know the mileage on them and I'm not good at being able to tell if they will slip with a new chain without testing them. But hey, I'd let one or more go for BEER so let me know.
