Fully with repechage, that one with the sticker is bang-on for 1972. Btw I have sent pics and dimensions of the sticker to Greg at cyclomondo and at some point I think he will add it to his offering. Mine is in a very similar state to yours, I measured it at just under 26mm diameter.

I've updated the components on velobase:
Mid 60s - late 60s
VeloBase.com - Component: 3ttt Grand Prix (1st Version)
early 70s - mid 70s
VeloBase.com - Component: 3ttt Grand Prix (2nd version)
VeloBase.com - Component: 3ttt Record (1st Version)
After those you get in to the mid 70s and the Record bars with the wreath on one side and the shield with model name (Grand Prix, Competizione and Superleggero) in it on the other side.
verktyg thanks for the info and pics. If your 1st version GP bars aren't 26mm or Aluminium please let me know, I added those in a rush of blood before asking you and can't seem to save it back to blank!

An update it's taken a while to get round to posting - what I thought was glue on the ttt Record bars was corrosion
I sanded off the bumps but they were still really pitted and I don't fancy trusting my health and good looks to them.
Hey ho, I am mounting the Grand Prix, which look exactly the same when taped up anyway, so probably just a lesson in not being such a weiner

Hands down, my favorite stem of all time, simply the coolest.

Thanks for posting an update veloham, I reread the entire thread for the information. Since your initial series of replies a 3ttt Record stem was acquired for my use, the Tomasinni will recieve it shortly. The Cinelli 1A exhibited the dread refusal to tightly clamp my 3ttt Competizione bars. Once I switched to keeping 3ttt stems and bars together the slipping went away, and the same result with the Cinelli items happily occured.
I for one enjoyed the tack this thread took, hopefully the OP didn’t leave out of bewilderment.

Then I need to declare bewilderment perhaps, nothing unusual about that
Question for our learned experts: when did the anodized 3ttt bars in the Competizone bend, come out? I have seen a few pair with an anodized grey finish to them, they were the bulge variety. I just snagged a pair along with a 3ttt stem that somehow slipped past others so the lowball bid was enough. Not quite sure where these are going yet, though.

Isn't the bewilderment at least half the fun?
