Bike Identification
Hello,
This is my first time posting, I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place.
Saw this on Craigslist. Not sure if I am interested at all. At this point just frustrated that I can't find it online so I am wondering if anyone has a clue what this bike is.
Thanks

It's a $50 bike - after you clean and grease everything.
The cheap seat lug - squared off, seat stay ends not finished - that is the easy clue to value.
Heck, the shorty fenders might be the most valuable part of the bike.
But if you want to search headbadges, velobase.com has quite a few to search through.

I don't recognize the brand, but it looks like an entry-level bike from the far east, most likely from Japan.
For $20 or less, I'd buy it for the rather cool "shorty" fenders, and I'd probably keep the brake calipers and the shifters and try to off-load the rest to a hipster.
What are you looking for?

Not looking for anything in particular. I just like to look at vintage bikes on Craigslist. Usually I can find bikes online but this one was just bugging me because I couldn't find it. I figured that meant it was not worth finding. Thanks for your quick responses!
