Old Schwinn Serial Numbers

I have an old Schwinn that has a number stamped on the underside. According to Schwinn's number page it should be from the 40's era but I have doubts. It says Traveler on it, is a 10 speed, but after reading a whole bunch of posts here I am doubtful. Any help? B736347

That serial number format is also consistent with Bridgestone, a Japanese manufacturer contracted by Schwinn. It might represent February 1977. Pictures would be a big help.
