Claud Butler vintage frame

I have a claud butler frame and have looked around on the internet for some time trying to identify it. I think it could be a Torino Coureur or similar frame made by holdsworth.
Any info on reading the frame number would be useful too, it looks like 24453, but I may be wrong. I am looking for decals for it but I am not sure of what I need could you help please?

Looks like there is a 0 making number actually 024453 which would place frame in Holdsworthy factory system from 1976 to 1985. This was a sequential system, always six digits and beginning with 0('s). Claud models were lumped into same system as "Holdsworth" models. Looking at Dave Scrimshaw's prediction graphs and assuming 024453 is correct would place your frame as c.1980. See his thread "Holdsworth Frame Numbers".

The chrome fork looks non original to me? Do you know if it has a different number?
Mystique model? I think the Equipe was discontinued by that time. See nKilgariff.com for catalogs, altho doesn't list one for 1980.

Hope this helps,
Doug

PS A bit of a brain fart here. Above I'm mistakenly talking as if it is a Holdsworth model. Because it is a Claud Butler perhaps it is a 5 speed Cresta which I think was actually a clone of Mystique.

Here's an '82 Holdsworth Special, branded as a Harding Special from Ireland.

Dear All

I have scratched the paint off and there is a zero there as predicted. The forks were replaced in the midd 80's. I thought the frame might be a Coureur but I'm no expert. Also I found a letter L and underneath it is <10> any ideas? Lastly can any one make out the decal on the seat tube is?
