How cool is this?

I was responding to johnbobey at about his last details thread, and looking around on his behalf I found these.

No big deal, right.

What's cool is that's my last name (pron. peeper). Not common - that's why I'm tickled!

Answer: pretty damn

Don't think I'll be finding any bike stuff branded with my surname, either. Oh, well.

Its a stretch, but a De Bernardi is fairly close for my surname. Nice find, great looking piece.

My mom has the cool surname, which is Martini. Whenever I braze up my custom bike, that's what's going on the downtube.

About the same odds as pronouncing mine...

Unless you can sing opera (@noglider) or speak Italian.

Lucky you!: My Mom's Spanish surname sounds really nice, but it translates to "Hazelnut" in English......
My Dad's also Spanish surname on the other hand, translates to "Market" in English. So I could end up with a bike called "Hazelnut Market" if I want to..... not so cool, I guess.....

I was thinking bottle green, with the bars wrapped in white foil with twisted wire accents. The headbadge is obvious.
