Bianchi I please
I am trying to find the model of this bike. I can just make out Taiwan on the bottom tube but no other markings other than the Bianchi stickers.

I think it is a '85 or '86 Sport or Strada but how about a little more information. Tell us a little about the components on the bike. What brand brakes, does the crankset have a model name on it? whast about the derailleurs? No tubing decals?

The shift levers are Shimano Z401, while the rear derailleur is a Shimano Z501. Brakes appear to be Shimano Z640 but I'd need a better pic to be sure. This mix points to a Bianchi Strada, while of the crankset looks more like the Sugino VP on the 1986, than the SR on the 1985. I'd appreciate the serial number for my database. TIA.

The serial number and additional pictures confirm a 1986 Bianchi Strada. FYI,the frame and forks are hi-tensile steel.

Thanks for the help. It rides smooth I put a set of 32’s on it and some Look pedals. It is a fun switch from my newer bikes.
