I didn't have one as I earlier thought I did. I have one coming already though. Thank you. Frankly the more I think about it I may just go aero brake levers and downtube index shifters like my other dozen bikes. I really had a tough time mounting the rear derailleur and I'm not even sure it will work. I'm at the very limit on the upper and the lower settings.

There was a guy on ebay making adjustable stops by adding the "modern" cable stops to a clamp-on band. That would seem to solve the problem.

I have some of those I was going to use for downtube shifters but the threading is different. I was going to rethread them eventually.
