Raleigh 60s/70s anniversary logo?

Found this chainguard while cleaning out my folks' garage. I dimly recall that this logo was an anniversary special of some kind, but I can't seem to find what year it came from, and Googling 'Raleigh anniversary' just gets pages full of retro-styled new bikes. My guess so far is either '68 or '71 based on some cryptic internet references.

I associate that font with early 60s Raleighs though that’s actually road bikes, not Sports models, which had a very blocky chainguard font in that era. Perhaps it’s a DIY mod?

I have a 1970 Record that has that font. No chainguard though.

I'm pretty sure that's from a Raleigh Sprite, the early version with a Sturmey Archer five speed hub. Mid to late 60's.
