Bikes: It's complicated.

I really need to take a weekend off and clean up my Atelier. You've put me to shame.

Super nice!

I'm curious about the flooring. Is it tile, or plastic planks?

I had an apartment that used peel and stick plastic 'wood' planks, and I thought it was a good blend of attractive and practical. I thought that putting them over a concrete basement floor would be a near ideal application.

Cheap click, floating laminate. On sale at $0.75 a foot^2.

Never used it before and I was quite surprised/pleased with the very tight tolerances. Flat gray woodgrain I figured would be best since it is my responsibility at all times to keep it "clean".

The youtubes. I had a little experience with some stuff, zero with others. The youtubes shows you how to do it all. It ain't perfect, but then you can say, "It just a basement."
