Test rode it for 10 minutes last night that turned into an hour and a half.

This bike is fantastic. So pleased with how it rides. It's like it says 'i'm fast, are you?'. No flattering noodliness. It's stiff, but not dull or harsh. It climbs well. It descends on absolute rails. Confidence inspiring. This is a bike I want to take up and down some mountains. I think it will come into its own in large landscapes on long rides, where sometimes, bikes can be dwarfed or made to feel puny.
The gearing is snappy and quick. I'm glad i went for the 12-32. 40-32 is a good climbing gear and will be well used. I miss the 1t gaps a little but it's a worthy trade and a cheap solution.

The bad is brake shudder. The fork visibly flexes. Other than that the ride of the fork seems quite good. Wheel bearing and headset are serviced. Probably an issue with the brake caliper which had some loose bolts or the pads could be toed.
And the removeable faceplate stem worries me, just seems kinda sketchy.
Fit is almost bang on. It's nice finessing the fit on a bike where the shift cables aren't part of the equation, but the door is open to go to STIs with this drivetrain. I like the DTs though.

I think it will get black fizik tape.
White would be classy but it can't pull it off yet.
and eventually spd-sl pedals
