What is this bike?

What is the vintage blue and white road racing bike with the nervex lugs and the little golf ball dimples all over the bottom bracket shell?

looks all-white on me monitor

"golf ball dimples" suggests aero fad of early 1980's

there were paint jobs with them - one perpetrator was Witcomb

another possibility might be a sandcast shell such as those of Georg Fischer...

blizzard may finish soon

The dimples are only on the bottom bracket shell and there are a lot of them. The bottom rocket shall look similar to a golf ball.

Something tells me it's probably a Rollfast... Are customers allowed to touch this one?

OK. When you find the time to get back to the shop to take some more pics, your question may be answered. Not likely before then.

I believe you saw the Mysterium Magnum. Rare and quick. Laterally pliant, vertically stiff, only for the swift, strong, and valorous. I ride one every night in my dreams...

Typos and auto-incorrect can be so much fun. Just roll (sic) with it.

We can be very helpful when we can see the bike in question or have something more to go on. Personally, I've never seen a golf ball dimpled bottom bracket. Possibly it is a one-off or former owner modification.

Dimples = rust pitting?

Dunno. Spitballin', since it's kinda become the theme of the thread

OP, you've been here before; you know we need more to go on if we're truly going to be of any use in identifying your query-rig.

Non-penetrating home-brewed drillium, maybe?

Gios Torino.
Fact: "Gios" means "blue" and "torino" means "dimpled"... in Etruscan.

Also fact: "torino" in Spanish means "I pee on you" (informal)
