Narrow Inner Tubes

Does anyone know of a source for actual narrow presta inner tubes? Not "Fits 18c to 30c", etc. I'm looking for something to actually fit 18c to 23c. I know the trend is wider tires, but... any hold-outs out there for narrow tires?

Thanks! Need to sort through for reasonably short valve length.

I prefer 32mm valves as well. Search eBay for "tube presta 32," and then just look for the right size in the results.

Bianchi84-

Panaracer makes 18 - 23 mm wide 700C tubes with a 32/34 mm tall presta valve and Cycles Grand Bois sells them out of Japan. Pricing is fair and shipping is fast. I use these and larger ones from them and the 32 mm valve looks correct on a restoration compared to the 42 mm which seems the new normal.
