Don't know what the condition is. It is not my size, but I think is an awesome deal. I think it has DB Tange Infinity tubing. Craigslist

Think is a mid 70s Grand Touring frame. Looks like the front wheel and seat post are MIA. Link

Disraeli Gears
Those are odd seat/chain stay terminations at the dropouts -- crimped on rather than beveled, filleted or bulleted. That much of it looks cheesy.
