Sure, Steve, PM me with your address and I will send along. Not sure about whether the pinch bolts are interchangeable, but looks like USAZorro is offering you one from his. Please note the 'plate' looking thing that goes between the pinch bolt and the threaded hole is also missing, whatever that is called.
This was a donor FD that I picked out the parts bin at Working Bikes Cooperative, specifically for the pinch bolt and plate that mine was missing. There are a couple of good threads on here about the Compe-V if you are interested. PD A big thanks in advance to you and USAZorro for your help. PM sent. |

Just take it - but be advised, the action is the opposite of most FDs. It should fit on just like any other derailleur, and if you're lacking a proper pinch bolt, I have one on my beat Compe-V (I recently got a very nice replacement) that you're welcome to have.
Turns out both my Spirt & the Compe-V are high normal, so it should blend right in. Did a little searching, and came up with the thread earlier in the month by which you came upon the replacements !!! and a datasheet on Suntour derailleurs & freewheels: http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php?t=202294 This puts me another step closer to getting this beast onto the road for my 13 year old. |
Thanks for reposting those links to the Suntour data sheets! Very informative.

GONE!
Suntour Friction Shift Levers Great condition. Unfortunately, I can't remember what happened to the deraileurs so all I've got are these: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3460/...f20189c5_b.jpghttp://farm4.static.flickr.com/3631/...0657d6af_b.jpg |

The cable retainer hardware (pinch bolt & plate) from mine should screw right in. Thank you (and the parts offer from USAZorro) again. One step closer to a working bike. This past weekend I removed the freewheel gear cluster and cleaned and regreased the axle bearings, while replacing a broken drive side spoke. Fixed one partially siezed jocky wheel on the rear derailleur, and have the bottom bracket all apart for inspection & service. I even pryed off the dust caps from the pedals and serviced those bearings. I've really stretched by knowledge and skills with this project. Finally putting those Park tools thru their paces! |
If anyone wants simplex tubeshifters from an old Peugeot, say the word. Derailleur as well.
|

I have a pair of red and white Look road pedals that anyone can have for the price of shipping. They're a little worn cosmetically, but the bearings seem fine. Can't test the locking mechanism as I don't use road cleats.
No pics right now, but if they're not claimed by tomorrow, I'll post a couple of pics. EDIT: They lasted 4 mins |
PM me if interested. Yours for the price of shipping. Unfortunately with a box and all it may be like $15 to ship. Not sure though.
ITM handlebars 42cm I believe 25.4mm clamp but not 100% sure Not sure of the exact model The bars have glue/tape on them from the bar tape and cables but are in pretty good shape. I am not sure if the ends have been cut shorter. It is possible though. http://i263.photobucket.com/albums/i...g?t=1218913635 http://i263.photobucket.com/albums/i...g?t=1237680940 http://i263.photobucket.com/albums/i...g?t=1237680917 http://i263.photobucket.com/albums/i...g?t=1237680965 |
Weinmann brake levers with white Carlton hoods, Raleigh Weinmann 610 front brake with broken spring on one side and Raleigh Weinmann 750 rear brake yours for the price of postage.
Suntour Compe V FD in working condition and decent cosmetic shape also yours for the price of postage.
