Probably not worth posting.. but maybe someone wants one of these. Imagine how slick this would look on that vintage Italian bike.
A low mileage(341) Huret bicycle odometer. Couple bucks for shipping. http://i241.photobucket.com/albums/f...t/IMG_6335.jpg |

Here are some things I'll never use. Christmas comes early for those whose expectations aren't that high . . . free including shipping, except you have to pay shipping for the wheelset.
Spidel branded (Mafac? Modolo?) short reach sidepull brake calipers, in good shape with 4 usable pads, nutted (actually, bolted) mounting. Complete except for housing adjusters -- perhaps they weren't designed to have any, because the housing stop has only a small hole in the bottom, as if it's really just a housing stop. Steel cottered, presumably English, crankset with 52/42 steel chainrings; including well-worn but not pitted T.D.C. BB, English thread. The crank is unstamped, except for a "2" over "N" on one arm. It came on a 1960s Falcon (I believe) frame with straight-gauge seamed tubing. Not beautiful, to my eye, but serviceable. Japanese nutted-type BB spindle, code "3S2." Some wear, but not pitted. Pair of Campagnolo Nuovo Tipo high-flange hubs (with the round holes bored into flanges), 36H front and rear; never took them apart, but the axles seem to spin pretty smoothly. Need polish. Please email me in response, rather than using PM. If someone's need's a peek into the gift horse's mouth, I can provide photos. Whatever isn't spoken for in a few days will go on NYC CraigsList free for pickup. Gotta clean up the Bat Cave a little. SPOKEN FOR ALREADY: Wheelset Dia-Compe "400" short reach sidepull brake calipers Shimano 600 "Arabesque" brake calipers Suntour (Sansin) sealed-bearing tandem rear hub, 40H, 140 mm OLD with Suntour freehub and 3 sets of 7-speed cogs |

Wheelset: Shimano 600EX 2nd version (6208, I think) hubs 32H laced to Wolber T430 (like Mavic G40) gray anodized rims, corncob 7-speed cassette. Include tires and tubes, but they're crap. The axles spin with a little bit of grittiness. These came from Miami, so some rim eyelets are rusting, and some of the stainless spokes too, but could be cleaned up and serve well as winter wheels -- that's how I'd use them, but I have some already, and I prefer 36H, on the rear anyway. Dia-Compe "400" short reach sidepull brake calipers, complete with pads and adjusters, recessed mount. Not anodized, could use some polishing. Shimano 600 "Arabesque" brake calipers (1st version of EX, I think) nutted. Chromed parts have even rust, two (only) "finned" brake pads that are worn; complete otherwise. Stamped "57" on backs of arms, so probably medium reach. Steel cottered, presumably English, crankset with 52/42 steel chainrings; including well-worn but not pitted T.D.C. BB, English thread. Anyone interested in a PDM jersey? Size 6, so-so condition. If it's still there, I'll grab it and ship in a USPS flat rate box, so $10 total.

What is the maker? What is a size 6? Is it a large? I'm very interested.
I have no idea what size 6 is, I just know that once I got my arms in and down around my head I was stuck :p My chest measurement is ~37". |
Umm. What about t shirts? What size t-shirt fits you snugly? Is it tightest in the chest or belly? Sorry for so many q's, I just don't have much money so I don't want to waste it.

Aw shucks. If it fits you tight, it probably wont get past my arms. I checked, and I have a 41" chest. Strange, it looks bigger in the pic.

Size 6 usually means ladies sizing. I think it could be a woman's jersey.

I have a unicrown Tange fork(white) from a 87/88 Ironman. I believe it came from a 56cm frame. It's straight and dent free, but has several scratches/chips in the paint. The steere tube is 6.25 inches long. If anyone needs a good replacement fork for their Ironman, you can have this for whatever it costs to ship.
EDIT: The fork has a new owner. Gone |

I have a pair of Rolf Sestrieres that I bought figuring it would be 'fun' to work on
rebuilding a set of low-spoke high tension rims. You know the story, never got around to them and parts are not available. The rims have some cracks around the spoke holes. Hubs are in good shape, need packing etc. If anyone wants them for the price of shipping let me know. Marty |

Marty Edit: also found 20F pic, but did find several sets that had been rebuilt with non-paired rims, so the spokes must either be non-pro*, or can be replaced with them. |
