Now that I have your attention, here's the rest of the pics.
Bike needs detailed cleaning. I just wiped it down and got the storage dust off it. Wheels are dead true. The hubs were restrung from 27" sew ups rims to a pair of 700c Sun CR18 clinchers and campy drop blocks added for the brakes. It needs a bottom bracket overhaul, but the rest seems to work well.
The lugs are - weird. They look like weathered bronze, but it acts like bronze paint. I think they were shiny gold when it was new. I'm also confused by the white substance at their edges. I'm not sure how to proceed. with detailing that part.

That is a sharp-looking bike. Given the frame's vintage and long brake reach, I wonder if it was designed originally for Weinmann Vainqueur centerpulls. That period's all-Campagnolo driveline (high-flange hubs, cranks, downtube shifters, and derailleurs) always looks beautiful.

I wonder if any other builders were using stainless steel tube sets in 1971. Columbus Metax stainless tubes came out in the mid/late nineties followed by Reynolds 953 and Columbus XCr in 2005/2006, but I haven't seen any stainless steel frames before that except for the Crescents.

Although the catalog pages on the CR website don't specify the lugs, they certainly appear to be Nervex Professional. Since Nervex didn't offer stainless steel lugs in the seventies, my guess is that there is some kind of plating on them to prevent them from rusting. After all, it would be criminal to have an essentially rustproof frame material (Swedish Stainless Sandvik alloy tubing) joined by rusty lugs.
I would proceed with great caution in attempting to polish the lugs as you really don't know how thick the plating is (if, in fact, it is plated).
