A 1994 Koga-Miyata World Traveller in probably my size for €30. There's a dent in the top tube because of the child seat but I don't know how bad it is yet.

Is it something you would risk a chance on?
They are very nice triple-butted frames but how safe is this for touring?

EDIT: Oooof! And to think this is even my size! (66cm)

Cool bike. Having just for the novelty would be worth it.

...the his and her matched bikes, "that we were gonna ride all over the place, but never really did much", are invariably overpriced here in NorCal as well.

This is about $500 cheaper than last week. In three weeks at this rate, he will pay someone $500 to take it.

One of a Kind Bicycle (clovis)

Bicycle??? Where are the pedals? Oh, it's electric. So it's more a "car" than a "bike". Welcome to the future.

https://fresno.craigslist.org/bik/d/...217563317.html

And you may find yourself living in a shotgun shack
And you may find yourself in another part of the world
And you may find yourself behind the wheel of a large velomobile
And you may find yourself in a beautiful house, with a beautiful wife
And you may ask yourself, "Well... how did I get here?"

^^^^ The text says "battery ASSISTED", so yes, it is a bicycle, just like an e-bike.

Bonus wacky points, however, because the photos are all (badly done) photos of printed photos.

Reminds me of youtube videos that clearly show someone shooting a computer/TV screen with a camera. VCRs in the '80s were more advanced than that.

I think "PEDAL assisted" would be more accurate. Besides, why pedal at all, especially if no one can see your legs? There's no one to impress, it's strictly "the honor system" in that regard.

I'm waiting for Ebikes that look just like time trial bikes to come out, with aero bars, disc wheels, etc.

Plus it's a TRI-Cycle not a BI-Cycle. LOL

I had a sheepskin cover like that for a midwest tour in the 80s. Cool and comfortable!

Yes, I hope that the seller didn't ruin them...that would be a double dose of remorse.
