Not a great price for a 400 LX equipped bike, but super cool e-stays and neon paint. I'd be tempted.

Russ Denny Custom bike w/DuraAce
Russ Denny Custom Road Bike
This bike is very local to me, and I nearly bought it - the main reasons that I didn't are that it's a pure racing machine, and I just have too many bikes. I can facilitate if there's interest in it. This bike is a true garage queen. The owner bought it from a local racer who retired from competition, and he basically never touched it because shortly after he bought it, his wife gave birth to twin daughters (who were running around while I checked out the bike - I'd guess the daughters are around 3 years old)
Some key points that are not described in the ad:
I'm pretty sure that this bike is an Aluminum frame, from circa 2001-2005, although the owner did not know. Gearing is Dura Ace 9-speed, with a 12-27 rear cog, and a compact crank.
The actual frame size is 49cm seat tube center to top, but it's not classic geometry. It looks to correspond to about a 55 cm seat tube for a classic geometry frame with a horizontal top tube.
The frame and the Fulcrum wheelset are absolutely pristine. The quality of the joints is about as nice as I have ever seen on a hand-built aluminum frame.
Russ Denny apprenticed with Dave Moulton, and took over the Fuso brand after Moulton retired. There is surprisingly little about this bike and the builder on the internet. Apparently Denny is a great frame builder, who can't be bothered with the details of actually running a business.
This is, quite simply, the nicest Aluminum bike I've ever seen - The quality of the frame workmanship is a significant cut above the better Kleins and Cannondales and S-Works bikes from the same era. I kind of want someone here to buy it so that I don't have to rescue it from just hanging it it's current owner's garage gathering dust any longer.

^Cool, I hope the poor ad title and gloomy garage photos mean you're first in line for the Univega.
Looks like a 14.5" frame- any shorties out there?

Vintage 1974-5 Motobecane Champion Team Road Bike $1,200
This is a beautiful 1974-6 Motobecane Champion Team, in the most collectible color and component gruppo. It is all original minus a few parts noted below. The size is 58cm (23"), with all Campagnolo Nuovo Record components. I believe the bike is from 1974, as the back derailleur is stamped 74. Additionally, the crank has a diamond and a four stamped in it, this puts the crank on the 74 year. I am the second owner of the bike. Due to my extensive vintage road bike collection, the Champion Team was given a full tune up, new tires and tubes installed, but ridden very little. The Moto is made of that incredible Reynolds 531 tubing, but will need some of the 531 decals replaced, specifically the decal on the seat tube and fork blades. The bike rides like the best of the best from the early 70's, because it definitely is. As you know, this is a limited production road bike, and that is the reason that you do not see that many for sale. The only reason that I'm selling the bike is because of other interest that have developed in the cycling world. The Team Champion is in beautiful condition, it has no damage to the frame or fork like dents, bends or the like. It, however, is not perfect. As you can see in the pictures, it does have paint blemishes, scuff marks, a few nicks, and light oxidation on some spots. I know that the Moto will make someone very happy, as it has made me, even if it spent most of her life with me as a wall queen. :-) Please let me know if you have any questions. thank you!
P.S. The wheels, bar tape, and hoods, appear to be the only things not original to the bike.
Size: 58cm or 23" from the top of the seat tube to the middle of the crank

Can these be cold set to 130? If not, can you wedge in a modern wheelset?
No, the frame is cast, couldn't be cold set.

I'm sort of surprised to see the following listed. Happened to visit this shop only a few weeks ago and spotted this bike in the back. Bike shop owner told me the story on how he acquired a lot of collectible / vintage bikes. I'll skip the details but he seemed fond of this one and was planning to keep. But hey, can understand he is a dealer. Anyways, after seeing it, can vouch on its beautiful original condition.

Here's a very tall bike:
64cm Panasonic dx-5000 road bike shimano 600
I always sort of scratch my head to see "handmade" on a bicycle that came from a factory.
