Yah..he seems to have a never ending stream of interesting bikes for sale. Descriptions are always very good, as are the pics. No idea where he gets his inventory, but he always has one or two ads up.

I believe this is 1940s to 1950s
It looks fairly intact -obvious things I see are a missing grip on the handle bar and the rubber on the tires is completely dried out.
