I saw this Paramount in person last month when it was up at $600 and the seller wouldn't consider a penny less... It is quite a bit rougher than he describes; rust pits on the fork crown, rusty spokes, and the paint is very funky. The price is getting better, but expect this to require a pretty thorough going through on the buyers part.

This exceptional frame is built with Columbus steel tubes . Chrome accents include fork crown and tips, seat and chain stay tips. Braise ons include front and rear fender eyelets and 2 sets of water bottle bosses on down tube.
27" Ukai box section alloy schrader valve rims laced to medium flange cartridge bearing hubs w/stainless steel spokes. QR front and rear.
Sugino AT triple crank with sugino bottom bracket, Suntour Cyclone MII drive train with bar shifters. DiaCompe cantilever brakes.
Kashimax Volo saddle withLaprade seat post.
Rear rack and "six pack" rack up front.
As you can see from the photographs the bar, shifters and brake levers have been replace. Some minor scratches and scuffing. Plenty of room for fenders. Two water bottle cages. The rear dropout screws are straight. I date this bike to the early 80's. All original except for the cockpit.
