The bike needs tires and tubes and maybe a minor tune-up but is otherwise in beautiful shape. Not sure of the frame size but it fits me at 5'10" and feels like it would be comfortable for someone taller. My wife is 5'8" and is too short for it. I got it as a commuter but have a newer hybrid now so I don't need it anymore.

Very nice 54 cm Specialized Expedition touring bike. Very original, down to the original "Expedition" 32 c. tires designed for the bike by Specialized. The paint and brightwork are in excellent condition. Includes new brake hoods and bar wrap. It is currently set up with Suntour bar end shifters (the original downtube shifters are included). If you've read this far, you know that this was the premier touring bike offering available during a time when lugged steel touring bikes were more common than today. Still a great choice for that cross-country adventure you've been planning! No disappointments here. Thanks for looking.

1982 TREK Model 515 61cm ROAD Bike. Excellent Original Condition - $550

This is an all original (Except for new handlebar tape) 1982 TREK MODEL 515 Complete (Model 510 Frameset with #5 Sport component Build 1982 MSRP was $598). This was sold as a 24" size bike. The Seat tube measures 60cm C-C, 61cm C-T. Top Tube Measures 58.5cm C-T. Maroon with Pewter Panels. Original Matrix Wheels with Maillard hubs. Suntour COmponents, and original Sachs Chain with practically no wear. Chainrings and cogs all look like new. No rust. Just a few minor dings in the paint from storage over the years. The Original cloth handlebar tape was pretty dirty and a little moldy, so it was replaced with Gray Deda Foam tape (close match to the Pewter on the frame). The Tires have full tread on them, but the gum sidewalls are a bit dry, not rotted, and still ride fine for the originals. Bike was just professionally tuned at a local shop (it didn't need much more than air in the tires, new tape, and a good dusting-off. This is a great bike for a Vintage TREK collector. I'll Add a picture as soon.
