I have 3 in process to replace the red/white, the carbons, and the black.
I'll only have 4 when I'm done.
Oh well, there's always next week.....

well said, but when a spare for your "favorite" bike comes along it never hurts to get it 'just in case'

Bikes: '88 Specialized Sirrus, '89 Alpine Monitor Pass, two '70 Raligh Twenties, '07 Schwinn Town & Country Trike, '07 Specialized Sirrus Hybrid

Sirri

First, my 1988 Sirrus:

Then my '07 Sirrus the same model 19 years later.

Makes for an interesting contrast as the '88 is a pure race machine and by the 2000's it had de-evolved into a hybrid/flat barred road bike.

Bikes: Colnagos (2005 Brera Art, 2007 President LdV, 2007 CF6)

Various Gloria Garibaldinas. The seller estimated the frame on the first one to be from '35, but its Simplex derailleur is definitely newer than that. Without a good stockpile of bike catalogs, it's tough to pin down when these were made.

I'm guessing this one is from the 1940's, but I'm not sure. The seller thought it was from '38.

The following one is probably from 1950-52:

I have had more than one Marinoni Special at a time, but I am down to one strada and one pista. I try to have one of each when it comes to bike so no duplicate bikes that would serve the same purpose with one exception... One Nuovo record bike one super... they serve the same purpose but it is the only area where I accept duplication.

The Shasta (aka U.A.V.)

The Cascade is getting her groove back and I am setting her up for geared touring after years of using her as my FG century/ commuter bike.

Bump for wanting to see more twins!

I may be doubling up soon, as it were.
