Can somebody help me identify this frame?

don't think so, but that's based on this one frame pic series:

and don't think that many Canadian frames traveled to France, but who knows? Could be an early one, but seems to be a "Mongi" according to the ad.

don't think so either. I had a Limongi and had looked at many others the decals are totally different. I think it is what it says it is on the seat tube, 'MONGI'
