A few bike lovin folks were gathered around a guy selling a small framed touring bike at the swap today and we were all joking around about how "Touring" Bikes are gonna be the next fad. We had a bunch of laughs riffing on how all the cool kids would be hanging at the coffee shop with a fully loaded tourer, not actually going anywhere further than the coffe shop or the used clothing store...just posing. "And its convenient because If I need anything, I've already Got it with me!" "Fixie? Yeah I was into that last year but..I'm all about Touring now"

This thread is a rare time when the sequel is actually better than the original. At the risk of getting moderated to oblivion I was wondering if I'm the only one that really didn't get into the whole Lord of the Rings fascination. I thought the movies sucked. Now Terminator 2 that was a good movie and arguably better than the first.
