(Not a) Cinelli 1972?
Hi!

Any ideas what this Cinelli is? Sorry for crappy photos — it's all i got from seller.
It has soviet tubular tires and, probably, rims.

I appreciate your help.

Not a Cinelli. Not even close.

You need the bottom bracket threading to help point, My first wild guess would be French or Japanese, threading would at least knock one out.
