-Switch the Masi to over from 10 speed bar ends (they work great, by the way, but my knees keep hitting them because I didn't cut the bars) to newly acquired Ergolevers.
-Finish the Gazelle. Find 8 speed Dura Ace bar end shifters, some 66-42s. Repack headset. Run cables, tape bars. Buy toe straps. Go for a ride.
-Get some pedals on the Fuso. Clipless?
-Finish the track bike. Needs a chain, 26.6 Campy seatpost, toe clips, straps, some kind of handlebars, replacement decals for front rim, vintage looking tires.
-Buy more Phil Wood grease.
-Get friend to finally pay me for the bike he's had for 4 months.

Bikes: Self-built EightInch fixed-gear.
I've got two projects on right now, and I've never worked on bikes or rebuilt bikes before.
The first is a Schwinn Continental II buildup. It is nearly stripped - I just need to get the races off. Then its strip, remove rust, prime, paint and reassemble with some new parts. The biggest holdup here is waiting to have funds for the new brake cables, RD, tubes and stupid s-6 tires. I feel bad repainting it because its a beautiful red, but its rusting through in a few crucial, irreparable spots.
Second is a Schwinn Breeze (I believe) made in the same month as above. It needs to be stripped completely, then built back up as a cruiser for the girlfriend. Needs new fenders (existing are bent and dented beyond repair), needs the rear hub overhauled (Sturmey-Archer 3 speed), and a bunch more.
So far I'm having fun. Its amazing how simple this things (with the direction of the internet) are.

2) Finish my friends world sport... purple bar tape is en route
3) Enjoy having zero projects!

Bikes: I used to have many. And I Will again.
A lot of non bike projects requiring my time....
repair my wife's BMW's window regulators, change its ATF and filter, and an oil change.
Finish my car's clutch, CV boots, timing belt, water pump, and front rotors.
Paint the house facade due to a stucco repair. (damn HOA)
weeds weeds weeds! (I hate weeding)
Look for work!
Once working, start house renovations.
Then bikewise:
Finish a Diamondback Sorrento build from last winter that got stalled due to a bent rear triangle.
Paint a Trek 800 mtb frame for my stepson's cx build project.
Overhaul a 1999 GT Slipstream hybrid I bought last month and possibly flip it.
Get started on my '03 Trek 1000 road bike project.
Return to my Specialized Sirrus restoration. Need to paint a fork.
Then the rest are frame stripping and painting several mtb and road frames.
Probably won't get to these for years.

c1985 Gianni Motta Personal 2000 - paint, but since I do this outdoors I need the weather to cooperate and it just won't. I think I have all the components ready to mount.
1983 Trek 600 - just swap out the non-period HS for a proper NR already in my possession. Also change out my 42t inner ring for a drillium I bought to match the outer.
My old French Single Speed - repaint the seat stay that was damaged by a broken spoke nipple (it was on the end of the spoke and smacked it quite a few times while I was descending a hill)
Late 80's? Guerciotti frame - retouch some paint and sell
c80 Ranson - Replace the large chainring. Retape handlebar.
Sell two other frames and other components I won't use.
Think I need some nice weather?

Bikes: 1940s Fothergill, 1959 Allegro Special, 1963? Claud Butler Olympic Sprint, Lambert 'Clubman', 1974 Fuji "the Ace", 1976 Holdsworth 650b conversion rando bike, 1983 Trek 720 tourer, 1984 Counterpoint Opus II, 1993 Basso Gap, 2010 Downtube 8h, and...
My current bike project is the 1958 Raleigh Lenton Grand Prix I got from Dr. Lerner several weeks ago. I keep finishing and unfinishing it! I rode it 70 miles a couple weeks ago, to High Fist Shin's house and on the C&V ride from there, but then I changed the brakes and...
Here it is a few days ago; hub is an FM, medium range four speed. The Cyclo downtube shifter is not currently in use:

But I really dislike the bottle dynamo, and now I have two dynohubs to chose from: a 1950 "DYNO4FOUR" (=FG) and a front one from 1959. Also, there's that Cyclo downtube shifter, taunting me... I am tempted to set it up with two cogs and a Cyclo two-speed derailleur (which I have!), but that would pretty much defeat the purpose of the four speed hub. So maybe I build it up with an AW instead... oh, the choices!
Aside from that, I want to spend some time touching up the paint. The original paint is too old to rock'n'roll, but too young to die. I resprayed the top tube and a little bit on the rear triangle, but more attention is needed.
Aside from that... well, the house needs a roof... and someone needs to pay for it, so I'll be working....

I have an old Nishiki frame that I want to build into a winter bike. I guess I also need to spruce up my Schwinn Prelude because I've decided to sell it. It's a great bike, but at 23" is just a little too short for my 6'-2" frame. I'll use the proceeds toward a new Books for my old Raleigh DL-1; those Brooks saddles turn to crap after only 44 years or so....

Yes they are, and they are excellent! I was amazed how much better the braking is with the Mafacs, in comparison to the Schwinn Approved ones I had on there before (inexplicably Weinmann front, Diacompe rear). Haven't even changed the rubber! I am in for a surprise when I ride it in the rain, I know.

Bikes: A few bikes
Finish my '74 U-08, tweak project Free Spirit (almost done!), paint my other U-08 (someone started paint removal, Shin knows what I'm talking about) and set it up as a non-butchered fixed gear. Conquer hills and ride more.
Oh, beyond the bikes, build trellis on back patio, finish laying flag stone on said patio, finish building stone wall, glaze windows, paint back porch and garage, new gutter on back porch, hang new screen door, to be determined....

And I looked in my overflow area (which used to be my two car garage), and I have three more to strip, two to toss, and a couple of more questionable bikes.
I need a couple of more N-11 weeks, and I should be OK!!!

I've almost got the Capo (I think I got from you!) back together with a touchup paint job for now, then on to a Mondia to build and looking for a 36h Mavic MA-40 rim for my 26yo Cinelli that pulled apart riding last weekend....
Oh, local charity ride soon and a tour in Maine with my wife next month.

Broke my new to me GF HiFi Pro last weekend, bent the RD hanger, RD and chain. Need to get that up and running ASAP.
Back-up MTB needs the wheels changed out............
I've been riding a SS as a roadie lately, I live in a riverbed area and to ride anywhere requires some climbing. I've come to the realization that I need some gears to build on base fitness. I have aquired a few road bikes in my size and I need to choose one as my main sqeeze. Choices.......Dave Scott Centurion Ironman, Club Fuji (garage queen), Trek 600 Series.
In the last 2 weeks I've cleared about a dozen bikes out of the garage and basement. Quite a few more to clean up and move out including some road bikes that don't fit me. The Univega Viva Sport went to a good home today.
Had the workshop pretty organized this winter and then I went to a couple of swap meets and also bought out a couple of tool sets, including the boxes and some bikes. I have thinned out most of the tool boxes, work stands and truing stands but I still need to reorganize the workshop.
I have about 4 frames with stuck stems and seatposts I need to work through, a Super Letour, World Sport, Super Course and something else.

I have the new replaceable hanger for the HiFi, but I lost the mounting bolt. I think I'm going to replace the RD as well.
Back up MTB wheels changed out.......Check
Tried out the Trek 600 Series and am not crazy about it, new tires and a Brooks Swift on the Centurion...back hurts, I need a shorter stem I think...............progress nonetheless
One of my kids moved out of the basement/workshop............free'd up a great deal of work/storage space. Sold 4 bikes last week and junk'd 4 others, but I bought 4-5 more. I worked thru a few bikes with minor issues last week with tire and tube issues. Wider tires and removed fenders on the old CrossCheck.....I like this bike, I've had some fun with it, but I think it has to go. Replaced bad wheel on '87 Traveler. Fixed flats on Dyno and Letour mixte.................again, progress.

Many projects:
* Figure out what to do with the lovely lemon yellow '86 Paramount I bought myself for Father's Day. 8-sp DA but with tubulars, so until I decide what to do with that wheelset I have to mount up a set of 130mm clinchers with that new pair of Pro Race 3's that arrived yesterday and start riding it. If it's a smidge too small, it will go to a new owner this summer.
* Rebuild (yes, again) The Yellow Submarine, my '87 Cannondale ST tourer. Pretty much new everything- Ultegra, triple SR crank, 100mm stem, Tektro R538's, 700c wheelset, Michelins, 9sp and 130mm. I can get that one built in a few evenings, but have to do it soon because I plan to ride it in the 24 Hours of Booty event at the end of July down in Charlotte.
* Build my wife's Trek 460 with the girly downtube (can't really call it a mixte). Got a nice set of 27's with Michelin Continentals, a triple Sakae, and a box of bike jewelry to put on it. Semi-upright, maybe with reversed mustache bars, but she wants grip shifters (!) so we'll have to play around with the bars a bit, I suspect. But nice that she wants to go on 30 mile rides together.
A bunch of frame builds, all of which have fresh powdercoats:
* An all-black '85-ish Cannondale SR with Shimano 600 Tri-color, 130mm/8 speed. Black, black, black, black. Except for the gold decals. But black.
* A metallic gold '84 Cannondale SR with a black fork and new-ish Suntour Cyclone 6 speed group, Maillard wheelset.
* A yellow '84 Cannondale SR that's getting red housing, bar tape and saddle, all new 105, 8 speed, 130mm. Trying to convince the Vintage Cannondale decal guy to cut me a set of red ones. If so...STUNNER!!!
* FINALLY...Big Pink. An '87 Cannondale SR NOS frame in rose pink that I bought last year. Have a box of NOS or nearly NOS SHimano 600 7-speed to put on it along with a new alloy wheelset, white saddle, white bar tape and white cable housing. I've put off building this bike so many times it's crazy, but this one may actually be a keeper.
* A Trek 760 that's waiting to be picked up from the powder coater. Ditched the purple for a red frame/white fork color scheme & will put on a white saddle, white bar tape and cable housing, new white decals, new alloy wheelset and 7 speed Shimano 600 Tricolor group with Ultegra brakes and Tektro levers.
Couple bikes in boxes...just waiting for the refurb treatment: a tasty '87 Schwinn Tempo I bought from BG last year and have yet to decant, an '87 sea foam green SR500 Cannondale, a black '88 SR500 Cannondale, and a black '91 (I think) 7 speed SR400.
And somewhere back in there is a NOS Schwinn Super Sport LE frame and SE Draft front fork. Please do not ask me what I am going to do with that or why I bought it.

Just down to 4 +1 projects (in order of priority) :
- Build my wife's road bike. The frame will be arriving shortly, most of the parts are here and I just need a headset, BB, bar tape, pedal cages and a saddle - ETA (mid July)
- Restore a '72 Schwinn 3sp for my daughter (ETA: July/August)
- Finish up my vintage Tri-bike build. Been canibalizing parts from that build for other projects and I think that I just need brake pads and a set of 7sp DT shifters for this (and a couple of tubes; ETA July/August)
- Give my mule a long overdue overhaulp; mostly cosmetic and add back some racks (ETA: TBD)
the +1 (which will probably going to be a winter project: ) Finish disassembly are reassembly of my '68 Gitane TdF. This one might get derailled if I get too sick of its frenchiness
(and a +2 : get rid of the spare parts and frames I have laying around)
Not many projects in the summer, I prefer to ride
, but I want to be in a situation that there will be not many projects this winter as well...
