I can't think of the proper name for it - handlebar return spring?

Tried searching, but looking up " [insert word] spring" brings up a long list of results. I'm looking for the proper term for the spring that is sometimes put onto cargo bikes to keep the handlebars straight. A more modern example of this is on this Torker Cargo-T. https://www.cyclelicio.us/2009/02/tor...dset-lock.html

If anyone knows where I could get the old fashioned return spring set up, or a place that does a 1" threaded version of that headset, that'd be fantastic. I've got an old Dutch bike that likes to flop over.

Completely unrelated question: The jaw apparatus on my park tools stand does not lock tight enough to keep a bike from spinning when locked on the stand. Any suggestions? I've already tried tightening it; At this point, I'm afraid of cracking the handle. This is the stand that I have: https://www.parktool.com/products/det...&item=PCS-4-1#

You can also use a 12" long piece of water pipe insulation sliced long ways and slip it onto whichever tube you use to clamp on to.

For larger diameter down tubes Wallbike and Clever Cycles both import the Hebie version which can fit down tubes to about 60mm diameter. Hebie refers to it as a steering stabilizer. More expensive than the VO version.

BTW not on their web sites so phone or email them.
