Cinelli Frame Idenitification Mid 80's

Hey I just bought this great Cinelli (or at least BB shell) from a friend. New paint clearly. BB shell is stamped Cinelli and "61". Drop outs are campy: front and rear. Threading is Italian. Beautiful windows in the the lugs.

Any clue if it's real and what year? if not what it might be?

Hello welome to the forums. nice looking frame, however I suspect it is a good quality frame with a Cinelli BB shell.

Not a Cinelli, I have seen and owned a few frames with very similar details. It may be a Bilatto built bike. Looks nice!

Bikes: Several, mostly not name brands.

The frame does not appear to be Cinelli, but nice enough nonetheless.

The Cinelli logo suggests early 80s at the oldest. Older Cinelli shells look like this:
