campy track wheels

pcked up a set of these the other day. the rims match but the hubs dont. i was going to do a fixed thing but decided not to and now im stuck with these. would it be better to...A.just sell them as a pair B.sell individually C. sell rims and hubs individually(cut out the hubs and rims). i hope its all right to put this in this section as its not really a for sale thing or a price inquiry either.

Holy Crap! Are those Sheriff Star Hubs laced to C-Record tubular rims? Damn, I'll take them from you...

These have been in the ISO thread for a week now. If they weren't tubular, I'd be intereested.

An interesting question, 28 hole, radial spoking, which is considered a bit risky on a C Record... Matching rims... I don't have a great answer for this one Joe. I would lean to selling them individually if on ebay. On CL as a pair. third choice would be on ebay as lone hubs, which might yield just as much... or look for a Matching 28 hole front, (locating a matching rear will be tough) and build up a matching set to sell, but lace the front 2x at least.

exactly right. they are tubular-sorry didnt mention that. that is another problem with them. only the front is the c record hub the other one is record.

great idea. i think i will probably go with your recommendation of selling as individually on ebay first and see what happens. i tried as a set on cl already but i didnt get much interest that way-of course i didnt put pics up either, which didnt help.
