You're just getting around to putting in the garden? I hope you live in the Southern Hemisphere.:)

Did you grow the bamboo for the stakes?

Yep I live in Florida, our growing season is just starting. The bamboo is from my work. It grows out front and needs to be trimmed every few months, so it was a fun ride home (about 4 miles) :) It did save me having to source stakes for the garden which is nice

southpaw, yours looks like a bigger challenge for sure!

Here's a few from the last couple days:

The Schwinn with its sweet new Araya Red Labels and new gearing outside the coffee shop this afternoon. I caught up with a good friend I hadn't seen in a while, really pleasant afternoon.

Sweet Jetta that was taped up at work this weekend by a tape artist.

Spotted while I was picking up a car for the weekend in a NJ warehouse.

Awesome Radio Flyer lowrider I saw at H20i(the VW show in Ocean City). He's not my kid, so I'm blurring his face. His father was nice enough to let me take the picture of the awesome wagon, and I don't want to broadcast his kid's face on the internets.

It's been a good day so far. my kids more or less slept, I'm working from home today which means I ride my bike down to the coffee shop. There was a package from VO on the front step when I walked out. The weather is beautiful, and it's Friday. Not too shabby.

I snapped a pic of my purposely neglected around town beater, and my unintentionally neglected ride that has been taking a back seat to the pedaling kind for a good 2-3 years.

I so wish I could remember what bikes these were. Always thought they were Schwinns - now I'm not so sure looking at the head badge. Circa 1977/1978 with my brother. We put a lot of miles on those old beasts on gravel country roads just exploring and visiting friends. Check out the position of those brake levers! ##*@(@($&$& - can't believe I didn't crash - let alone have any quick dismounts.

My son and I went to check out a garage sale this morning that had a couple of bikes. The only one of some interest was an old Centurion with stem shifters and low grade parts. $60 was a bit high for it, since it needed work to get running. So we found a park to hang out at

http://i241.photobucket.com/albums/f...t/IMG_6027.jpg

And took the route less travelled on the way home. Thomas even located some blackberries(not the phones).

This was the last load. The shop has now all been moved to its new location, and all of it with this(sans roof). Much as I love my other bikes, I was born for this one.

Great wagon, and the kid in it has a smile that seems to go on forever.

How do you get these pics large, would appreciate some tips thanks

I keep forgetting to bring a camera--- or have no place to stash one.

No excuse with the new yellow bag for "Sporty," a customized '71 Schwinn Super Sport.

The mountains in the distance are in VT not too far north of Frank the Welder's location.

A big thanks to CapeCodder for finding the bag and offering a sweet deal.
