I googled cyrillic fonts and foundthis.Perhaps it's an eastern european custom job???

No pics of the full bike yet. Hope to have some soon. That's twice I've stumped C&V, once with my powdercoated blue mystery bike and now with this one. If only I could find something I like with an actual brand name tattooed on it somewhere. Of course, then I might not like it as much
