That bottom bracket center looks awfully far back relative to the seat tube centerline, and I don't think the seat tube angle is way slack to compensate for that. However a lot of tri bikes in the past used a very forward seat position with a reverse post, but that was only with aero bars.

'60 Chev in the lower photo, but '60 (maybe) Caddy coupe in the upper one.

Good eye! I think you're right. Looking now, they both have near identical vent window and windshield lines, I wouldn't be surprised if GM made them the same parts. But the Caddy has the mirror mounted further forward than the Chevy. Well done sir!

The mid-'60s was GM's era of brilliance, there were cars from different brands that looked very different, but, while not simply "badge engineering" like in the '80s, there was great similarity in architecture, with some different body or roof panels, and different engine. Astonishingly, the second generation Buick Riviera (rear wheel drive) and the first gen Oldmobile Toronado and Cadillac Eldorado (both front wheel drive) were built on the same chassis.

Wow, I am stumped for January 1 celebrity cyclists!

This is the closest I could find. While the music of Grandmaster Flash was significant to my teen years, he is not riding a bike here...

In Song of the Thin Man (1947), while thinking back of teaching his son (Dean Stockwell) how to ride a bike, Nick Charles (William Powell) struggles with giving a spanking until he remembers the post-crash laughter. Asta wasn't injured.
