It is alarming how often I see "breaks" used in CL listings.

As a general rule, Huntington Beach is for women's beach volleyball and strippers on their day off. Newport Beach is where their hot mommies hang out. Put them all on pink or powder blue beach cruisers and you get the picture.
And why is there not a TV channel that just shows footage all day every day?

Based on canti mounts, I'm guessing that it used to be a women's mtb. Lugged headtube for an mtb puts it 80's? But with a unicrown fork? I wonder what it used to be.

I get it! ...the "breaks" are behind the fork because it's more aerodynamic.

it's running 700c wheels and i assume the canti mounts line up with the larger wheels.. so some kind of hybrid more likely
