Anyone ever use frame blocks

+1 Typically when there is a "wrinkle" in that position of the dt the tt has some type deformation approximately the same distance from the ht(unless the ht itself is deformed/bent) because when the bottom of the ht moves in and up the top of the tt has to move out and down as a result of the generated force. Unless the ht itself is bent I believe it is physically impossible for the tt to not be bent/deformed to some measurable degree with this type of damage, usually resulting from front end impact.

I just rechecked the top tube and there is no bend laying a framers square on top or on the side so I believe it to be good there is no gaps at all. Before I primed the frame there was a ding about mid way on the top tube which I filled with bondo
