Wow- what if you got some old "moon" hubcap decals and cut them apart and put them on either side of the headplate- then the helmet would have eyes! Awsome!

French 531 decal might just change everything...but there's nothing but English on the headbadge: Sterling, Special, Trade mark.
Strange.
If you have it you can tell us the ODs of the tubes and therefore if the decal speaks "metric" French or "red herring".
