What did i find???
So my Cousins husband found this in an old barn and the owner knows nothing about the bike. We were trying to find it on google or something but had no luck so. I'm leaving it up to you all. What is this bike? Only markings Say JC Higgins. It's obviously a childs bike or maybe just a mini one? Very old by the looks of it. Just trying to figure out what year it is and maybe how much its worth as is and restored.

Bikes: 1986 Alan Record Carbonio, 1985 Vitus Plus Carbone 7, 1984 Peugeot PSV, 1972 Line Seeker, 1986(est.) Medici Aerodynamic (Project), 1985(est.) Peugeot PY10FC
JC Higgins....from the looks of it, it must be from the 50's or very early 60's. Styling is typical for a kiddie bike for that era. With all that "patina" on it, it looks very primitive...
Uhmmm... BTW, the fork is definitely bent!

Fork's bent! That's something of an inside joke here. In your case, that fork looks seriously bent, to the point I'm not sure it's safe. I wouldn't want my kid on it, at least not until the fork was addressed. Can it even turn or does the front fender hit the frame? J.C. Higgins were sold in Sears, so it's probably mid-level at best. I really have no idea of the value, but finding a replacement fork, or repairing the one you have, may take away any profit from a restore. Generally, kids bikes do not command enough to offset the cost of a new fork, if you could find one. Maybe I'm off base on the value of J.C. Higgins kids' bikes, but you are not likely to make much money on that bike for the time it will take to restore it. It would have to be a labor of love project, IMHO.

Wall art, at best. The bike is so rusted and damaged that it would be very difficult, time consuming and costly to restore, however...
Once restored, it would not be worth much to anyone except the OP. Even that is a improbable since he, or she, would be far to big to ride the bike and, the person who could ride it would be far too young to appreciate it.
Just an opinion and not intended to offend.
