Seat tube finished it is supported at other end for next step

Mandrel installed in head tube to measure twist (the differential of the measurements on either end)

Bikes: Paramounts P-15(2) and P-10 Several Krates

No kidding, wow.

I suppose a well made frame should have this done at the time of construction? How many really were?

Very cool pictures. Thank you

^ there's one way to find out^ (o0ps!)
+1 this is a great pictorial, almost like a slide-show of "How it's Made"...any chance you could use this set-up to straighten a headtube that's been (slightly) slammed backward, as from a head-on collision? That big cheater bar in the HT looks like it could provide enough leverage, but would the rest of the table support force in that direction?

Leaveraging on the center of the ST would concern me. Will the tool allow for leaveraging nearer a lug, either the seat or BB? This would apply for the HT planarity with the ST and setting the rear triangle.

Can you use the DO alignment tool at the same time as checking and adjusting the DO CL with the ST or do you need to adjust each side seperately?

the lever is inserted all the way to the bb when setting the seat tube.

The drop outs are adjusted individually with check between adjustments. Every adjustment is actually made past the point you want it to stay at due to the elasticity of the metal. The trick is figuring out how much so it springs back to the point you intend it to stop.
Ideally you want to make any adjustments in as few tries as possible to avoid weakening.

Works great for inspection if you suspect you have a warranty issue to back up your claim...
