Name the frame game

Dropouts are Gipiemme, the seatstay bridge has the word "Silva" on it, and it came with a complete RX100 group set. Seatpost size is 26.8mm. My best guess is that it's a 1994 Miele Lupa made from Columbus Cromor. Anyone other than T-Mar know for sure?

don't hold your breath for T-Mar...he may have "retired" and left us (sniff )
All I can say is probably not Cromor since that tubing is supposed to have the same dimensions as SL so would use a 27.2 post...probably Aelle given your 26.8.

I've searched around a bit and it looks like there are Cromor frames that take a 26.8mm post. Bikepedia also claims that the 1994 Miele Lupa (I'm 95% convinced now this is what it is) is made from Cromor as well.

After looking at the frame again, I spotted the remnants of a decal that says "handcrafted by" followed by an illegible signature that could be "Joe Gardin". I don' think it's a Gardin frame, but I'm slightly less convinced now that it's a Miele since it seems like they never had the "handcrafted" decals on any of their bikes.
