Going with the SOMA brand non aero type, I have them on another bike and I'm really happy with them especially for the price. I've tried some of the reproduction Campy copies and they're okay, but not quite as comfortable.

From what I've seen, those are the best available for the price. And with the gum color, you can barely see the logo.

The logo on the white ones especially is more pronounced.

Torpado berceau, looks almost completely original
This turned up recently:
The frame has a Made-In-Italy decal and except for what must be a replacement left-side crank it's all italian equipment.
Rear mech is a Rino so almost cheating (because he did).
Wheels are curious, nice aluminium Nisis 650B laced to nice STEEL Ofmega qr hubs.
(They really are nice hubs.)
Except for the chainguard all it will get is cleaning, spot/nick rust treatment, and little things fixed; has a steel seatpost and that'll be alloy; might put an alloy rack on instead of the starting-to-rust steel one.
The guard is so far gone that it will be white with red accents.

does anyone know a specific date for when serials moved from the side of the seat tube
seems like they changed some years prior to the acquisition by Agrati

Then they were moved around to the drive side top of the seat tube, continuing into the early, maybe mid-1960s when numbering stopped.
Numbering began again, now underneath the bottom bracket shell, seemingly with the introduction of Italvega production, c. 1970-71, and ceased again in the later 70s (perhaps with the ending of Italvega production).
Numbering began yet again, still located under the b.b. shell, during A-G's partial ownership, unknown yet how early, but certainly by about 1983. This continued almost throughout the closing of Torpado, c.1987.
I have a couple VERY late Torp examples with no formal SNs (maybe just size stampings), documented in my files.
