Scrap metal. Looks like the entire seatcluster has been cut out (maybe after the crash that bent the left seatstay).

It was a Centurion Competion circa 1976-78 by headbadge and lugs it is total low end scrap metal right now.

Actually I thought of something pull the headbadge and auction it on ebay you can likely get $20 + for it the rest is junk.
