Brazed Stem ID?

Would love to know who made this pretty little stem.

Anyone recognize the logo or the construction?

It's 1 1/8", and the relief in the face make me think it was intended for drop bars.

Really hoping to ID it before I strip the paint, (if it didn't have the big chip I'd leave it OG).

Shoot. I happened upon that logo not too long ago. I can't place the builder atm, but I think I remember them being American. If I'm remembering things correctly the bike I saw had funky bilaminate headtube lugs. I'll let you know if it comes to me.

...on second thought the builder I'm thinking of may have been Australian. Try scrolling through https://fyxo.co/ , maybe the Melbourne Roubaix ride report. Nice looking stem.
