Are we talking about the real name, or the one we call it when a knuckle is gouged on the chainring ?

Bikes: Lots of English 3-speeds, a couple of old road bikes, 3 mountain bikes, 1 hybrid, and a couple of mash-ups

How about a Fuji Finest? Can you get any better than "Finest"?

I'm not sure if this was the intention behind either name, but whether we're talking the modern Soma Fabrication, or the 80's "Soma" -branded bicycles that were built by Kuwahara, I think it's totally fitting that a bicycle should be named after a powerful mind-altering drug that makes the user feel good (happy, content, or enlightened).

Bikes: A green one, "Ragleigh," or something.

^Yeah "Fat Change" is a pretty good name. Riding a bike can change you from fat to somewhat less fat, after all

Peyote, now that's a cool bike name.
Or Jimson Weed
Or Baggio Bellflower (maybe by Zunow)
The possibilities are endLSD

Bikes: 1940s Fothergill, 1959 Allegro Special, 1963? Claud Butler Olympic Sprint, Lambert 'Clubman', 1974 Fuji "the Ace", 1976 Holdsworth 650b conversion rando bike, 1983 Trek 720 tourer, 1984 Counterpoint Opus II, 1993 Basso Gap, 2010 Downtube 8h, and...

As model names go, I think "blue streak" is pretty good, though I gather the actual model didn't live up to the name.

Of the posts above, Fuji "the Finest" gets my vote.
