IMHO the SLX frame with the C-Rec is the better bike.

Not sure about the frames, but the groupsets are very different, though comparable in quality. The first one appears to have Campagnolo C-Record, and the second has Shimano Dura-Ace. Both were top of the line for their respective manufacturers.

I know that the first one with the c-record groupo is Malvor team model. But am not sure about the second one! Any thoughts?

Both frames are made out of the same Columbus SL tubing. Same model frames. Sticker with the dove at the bottom of the seat tube.

I'm wrong. The first one has newer Columbus tubing. SLX I believe, better than SL. The sticker is different. Red background behind "Columbus". SLX came out in 85 I think.

Is Malvor team model rare frame compared to the second one?

I think they are both Malvor team models. The first one is a little newer that's all. Fist one I'm guessing 85' and the second 83'-84'. First one is a better frame with Columbus SLX vs. 2nd with SL. That's my opinion.
