Cinelli made a few handlebar bends, those look like "Giro's" , I would consider Champion del Mondos, #63 . Old logo preferred.
Straight skewers, low flange Campagnolo Record hubs.
Nisi or Martano rims would be correct.
For a clincher rim, I would go something bright and silver. Tan sidewall tires. 25 mm wide max.
I really like the old Cinelli saddles, yes they get scuffed up, Nos are around but silly expensive.

Thanks again. It looks like these are going to be hard to find.
Edit: Is it possible that these are older hubs with newer skewers? The rear skewer sticks out about 14 mm past the nut and there is a six cog freewheel on it. The spacing is just under 122mm in the rear.
